For certain, this was one of the most fun weddings that I’ve had the opportunity to shoot this year! It was all thanks to Jenny Boyle Photography, all the way from Seattle, who had invited me to tag along. This Battery Gardens wedding was absolutely stunning, equaled only by the beautiful couple. Doesn’t the groom kind of remind you a bit of David Schwimmer (Ross from, “Friends”)? They even share the same first name! Maybe it’s just me.. haha. Battery Gardens, in the heart of Manhattan, is seriously one of the most beautiful wedding venues in New York City to photograph. With the perfectly weather/light, and emphatic love shown by both Haley and David, photographing this wedding was almost too easy. How emphatic, you ask? David proposed to Haley after a helicopter ride to a mountain in New Zealand. Boom. They made it no secret that they were in genuine love with each other, and weren’t afraid to show it, making our jobs as wedding photographer pretty easy. Enjoy the photos!
