When Sami reached out to me to photograph her Californian family at Mohonk Mountain House, it was pretty hard to resist. Though I’ve lived in New Paltz, NY for many years now, I’ve never actually been at the world-renown resort! And you know what? It definitely lives up to the hype. With infinitely spanning views of the Minnewaska State Park Preserve, and their immaculately manicured grounds (not to mention the main buildings’ uncanny resemblance to Hogwarts), there is no question as to why many choose it for their wedding venue. Add a beautiful 3-generation family to the mix, along with two awesome kids, and you can’t go wrong. Even though the weather was stormy on and off, the day was still just a blast. Enjoy the photos!
