So this was a first for me… After about nine years of shooting, I finally had the chance to shoot an autumn sunrise engagement session with Jeff and Jen! Honestly, I couldn’t have been any happier doing it with anyone else. These two just exude love and affection for each other, and having known Jen from her days at MHCCC, it was an absolute blast. It was also an interesting change of pace working backward from less light to more light, and both Glen Island Park (which didn’t open until 8am) and the Huguenot Children’s Library in New Rochelle offered an expansive variety of photogenic locations. Getting to know these two a little better while walking around and trying to stay warm, was so much fun, and I seriously can’t wait for their wedding next year!!
