Lauren and Jo’s love story is pretty much scripted as if it were Hollywood gold. High school sweethearts from different schools (Jo, from an all-boy’s school, and Lauren, from an all-girl’s school), they have been together for 11 years, 7 of which were long-distance! Jo actually joined the army straight after high school for those 7 years, and just after completing his contract, immediately proposed to Lauren in Costa Rica in front of their closest friends! These two gorgeous people chose Jersey City, NJ as their engagement session location, and we couldn’t have wished for better weather.. a seriously perfect day with two genuinely nice people. We started out at Jo’s high school, St. Peter’s, and then had more engagement pictures at Liberty State Park. Can’t wait to photograph your wedding day next year!
