After having a terrific time getting to know Lauren and Stephen during their NYC engagement session in Central Park earlier this year, I had no doubts that their wedding at the Stone Tavern Farm in rustic Roxbury, NY would be amazing, and happily, I was right. The chemistry from their e-session in Manhattan was multiplied on this unseasonably warm September day, as Lauren and her bridesmaids began their preparations in the West Settlement House, while Stephen did so in the Graystone House. Splendid light and stunning views made for some beautiful portraits (while Lauren was absolutely gorgeous in her Kleinfeld dress), and the ceremony was just about as perfect as you could get, merely a few feet from a horse stable and spanning backdrop of endless grass and trees.. Afterward, the reception exceeded wildest expectations, decorated to the brim in flowers and lights. After the festivities, what better way to cap off an epic evening than with fireworks? It was truly a magnificent day, and I couldn’t be happier for Stephen and Lauren. The only thing that would have made this night better was a few more of those delicious cupcakes from Sprinkles.. Best. Cupcakes. Ever. Thanks so much to Haris for contributing some tremendous shots as well! Enjoy the wedding photos!
