One of my favorite things ever, is photographing engagements in new places! I’ve always wanted to shoot in Cold Spring, NY, so when Becky and Daren suggested we go there, there was zero hesitation from me. The weather was perfect, and so were these two, as we had a lot of fun starting the shoot at the entrance of the Cold Spring train station, then taking a few shots within town and finally ending up at the edge of the Hudson River. It was so much fun getting to know these two locals from Arlington (and fellow Star Wars fans, as you’ll see below), and I seriously can’t wait until their wedding at one of my favorite venues in the Hudson Valley- Locust Grove! Life is grand when you find such cool people who are local. It makes the engagement such a joy to shoot =) Enjoy the photos!
