Le Chateau Wedding in South Salem NY

So after a handful of COVID postponements over the course of a year-and-a-half, and even a close call where things looked like it just wouldn’t happen, Lianet and David finally decided to go for it! If that’s not the definition of “persistence”, I don’t know what is. After their beautiful engagement session all the way back in 2019, and holding a small ceremony to make it official in 2020, they decided on holding their big bash after all so that all their friends and family could celebrate at the historic Le Chateau in South Salem, NY! I know I’ve stated it previously, but the service and ambience provided by this venue make it one of my very favorites in the area. This may have been the very first time in my decade of experience, that I’ve ever photographed a wedding without the actual ceremony! The change of pace was nice, as it allowed for a little extra time for wedding portrait photos as well. Thanks so much to David Teng for contributing some great shots, as well as David Alonso for the assistance (Yes, there were coincidentally many handsome “David’s” on this day). Enjoy the photos!
