Can I just say- There are few places in the world that can compete with the sensational beauty of NYC at sunset? When Manhattan’s ever-changing skyline juxtaposed with its classically Gothic architecture glistens with the setting sun, something magical happens which simply cannot be explained with mere words. Even photos barely do it justice. However, one look at Andrea and Carey’s smiles throughout their engagement session as we whisked our way through the town that never sleeps, and you can instantly feel the joy in their relationship. I know I did! They laughed, they teased, they played, and there may or may not have been some attacking involved, but you’ll have to ask them about that. 😉 We started their engagement at Central Park near the Hans Christian Anderson Statue, at the bench where it all first started, and then made our way to the famous High Line just in time for some Manhattanhenge-esque shots at sunset. The light was just marvelous, as these two reminisced about past dates and awkward salsa dancing, and before you knew it, we had ended the glorious evening together shooting our last engagement pictures in front of the unique new Hudson Yards. Can’t wait to see what’s in store for the big day =) Meanwhile, enjoy the engagement photos!
